Stockton-on-Tees 

Stockton-on-Tees is located some 35 miles south of the city centre of Newcastle upon Tyne. The Settlement is part of the wider urban area of Teesside and benefits from good highway access routes to both Tyneside and Co. Durham.

The land and property at Boathouse Lane is located some 300m south of Stockton-on-Tees High Street and immediately adjacent to the new Link Road providing easy and rapid access to the A66(T) and A19(T).
