The site is located to the west of the town centre adjacent to a recent site,
which has been completed by national developers. The site is bounded to
the east by the river Mersey and to the west by the railway.
Outline planning permission has been granted for the construction on 64
residential units comprising of 37 houses and 30 apartments between two
and four storeys in height, with full planning permission granted for a new
access road from Beufort Street to service the adjacent industrial units.
A remediation strategy has been prepared and costed, which will require
